4-2-7: REVOCATION OF FRANCHISE AND PROCEDURE:
The city council may revoke a franchise if the franchisee fails to comply with the franchise conditions set forth in section 4-2-6 of this chapter and the franchise agreement. (Ord. 743, 11-17-2015)
