4-2-5: FRANCHISE PERIOD AND FEES:
A franchise shall be granted for a period of up to seven (7) years. Every licensed franchise under the provisions of this chapter shall pay the city a franchise fee of eight percent (8.0%) of the gross revenues collected within the city limits. The license fee shall be payable quarterly or as otherwise provided. (Ord. 743, 11-17-2015)
