3-4-18: PENALTY:
Any person, business, firm, company or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine and/or imprisonment as established by Idaho Code. In addition to such penalty, any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be subject to any and all other applicable administrative, criminal and/or civil penalties. Each day or violation continued shall be separate offenses, punishable as hereinabove described. (Ord. 791, 4-24-2018, eff. 6-1-2018)
