3-4-3: LICENSES REQUIRED:
All vendors, solicitors, organizers or temporary merchants must obtain all applicable City, State, and Federal licenses, permits and/or certifications in order to be issued and continually maintain a City issued license, including but not limited to, regulations of the Central District Health Department.
