Ordinance Text

3-4-1: PURPOSE:

The purpose of this chapter shall be to protect the health, safety and welfare of residents of the City and to protect its citizens from crime by means of regulation of vendors, peddlers, solicitors, and temporary merchants. (Ord. 791, 4-24-2018, eff. 6-1-2018)
