2-7-10: FAILURE TO PAY FINE:
It shall be unlawful for any person to fail to remit fines established and assessed by the Board of Library Trustees of the public library for failure to return library material when due or for incurring damage to library materials while in his or her possession. (1952 Code § 2-04-10)
