3-1A-28: RESPONSIBILITIES OF LICENSEES:
A. Every licensee is responsible for ensuring that his/her respective employees, agents, and affiliates are familiar with the applicable policies, standards, laws, and ordinances applicable to the license issued to him/her by the City.
B. Obey All Laws: All licensees shall operate in compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and local statutes, rules, and regulations. (Ord. 2-26, 2-10-2026)
