3-1A-13: NOTICE OF INABILITY TO PROCEED:
If, at the time of initial application or renewal for a Tier 2 or Tier 3 license, an applicant or licensee has a pending criminal action for a disqualifying crime, an outstanding warrant for his arrest, detainment, extradition, or deportation, or is a respondent in a current domestic violence protection order, the City Clerk's Office shall issue a notice of inability to proceed. The applicant or licensee may submit documentation that the matter has been resolved and that the applicant or licensee qualifies for the license within sixty (60) days of notification. If the applicant or licensee fails to provide such notice, the application or renewal shall be deemed denied and the applicant must apply anew for the license. (Ord. 2-26, 2-10-2026)
