Ordinance Text
8-3B-18: PENALTY:
Any person violating any of the provisions of, or doing any act forbidden by, or failing to perform any act required in this article, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code.
