SAVING CLAUSE
SAVING CLAUSE
SECTION 74-A. If any part or section of this charter shall be adjudged by the courts to be unconstitutional or invalid, the same shall not affect the validity of this charter as a whole, or any part thereof which can be given effect without the part so adjudged to be unconstitutional or invalid.
