LIABILITY OF TAX COLLECTORS
LIABILITY OF TAX COLLECTORS
SECTION 67. All county officers of Ada County entrusted with the assessment, collection, paying over and custody of city taxes of said city and their sureties shall be liable upon their official bonds for the faithful performance of their duties in the assessment, collection and safe keeping of said city taxes.
