ORDINANCE-STYLE-RECORDING
ORDINANCE-STYLE-RECORDING
SECTION 46. The style of every ordinance shall be: "Boise City does ordain as follows:" Every ordinance after its passage shall be recorded in a book kept for that purpose, which record shall be authenticated by the president of the council and attested by the city clerk, and in case such ordinance is approved by the mayor, he shall also sign such record.
