QUARTERLY STATEMENTS
QUARTERLY STATEMENTS
SECTION 45. It shall be the duty of the mayor of Boise City to cause to be published in some newspaper published in said city, quarterly statements of the financial condition of said city, showing the amounts received and disbursed in each quarter, and the actual indebtedness of the city at the end of such quarter, including both floating and bonded indebtedness. Such statement shall be verified by the certificate under oath of the city clerk and ex-officio auditor.
