BONDS OF OFFICERS
SECTION 42-F. The mayor and common council of Boise City shall require a separate annual surety bond for the term of each fiscal year to be furnished by the city clerk and city treasury in such amounts as in the judgment of the mayor and council may seem proper, and may, at their option, require a like surety bond from such other officers and employees of the municipality, in such amounts and from such officers and employees as in the judgment of the mayor and council may seem proper. The premium on any bond furnished pursuant to the requirements of this section shall be paid by the municipality.
