REFUNDING INDEBTEDNESS
REFUNDING INDEBTEDNESS
SECTION 42-B. The mayor and common council shall have power to issue bonds under paragraph 4, Section 42(50) of the charter of Boise City for the purpose of funding, refunding, purchase or redemption of the outstanding indebtedness of Boise City, other than warrants, when the same can be done to the profit and benefit of the city and without incurring any additional liability, without the submission of the question of such bonds to the electors of the city.
