AIRPORTS-BONDS
SECTION 42-A. The mayor and common council shall have power: To acquire by condemnation or otherwise, establish, purchase and improve, aviation fields and airports, and for that purpose to purchase, improve, equip and maintain lands, either within or without the corporate limits of said city, and Boise City shall have the power and authority to borrow money and issue therefor its negotiable bonds with negotiable interest coupons attached for any of the above mentioned purposes, said bonds to be issued substantially in the same manner as provided in subsection 50 of Section 42, of the said Boise City charter, provided that said bonds shall not exceed in the aggregate with all other bonds issued by the city pursuant to the provisions of said subsection 50 of Section 42 of said Boise City charter fifteen percent of the value of all taxable property in the said city as shown by the last preceding assessment list of said city.
