CONTRACTS WITH FIRE ASSOCIATIONS
CONTRACTS WITH FIRE ASSOCIATIONS
SECTION 42(56). The mayor and city council shall have power to enter into contracts, and do any and all other things necessary in order to completely cooperate with cooperative associations or corporations organized under the laws of Idaho for protection of property of members from fire; to purchase and maintain fire fighting equipment and employ firemen in connection therewith; to authorize the sending of fire fighting equipment and firemen employed by the city of Boise to the property of the members of said cooperative associations or corporations; to appropriate money therefor.
