WEEDS-SNOW AND ICE-TREES
SECTION 42(55). To provide by ordinance for the destruction and extermination of noxious weeds, the clearing from sidewalks of snow and ice, and the spraying and caring for trees, and the entering upon private premises to accomplish said purposes, and levy and collect taxes against the property upon which such labor is performed.
