NARCOTICS
SECTION 42(53). To prohibit and regulate by ordinance the sale, manufacture for sale, transportation for sale, furnishing or giving to any person or persons within Boise City any cocaine, alpha or beta eucaine, opium, morphine, heroin, choral hydrate, marihuana, marijuana, or griffo, or any salt or compound of any of the foregoing substances, or any preparation or compound containing any of the foregoing substances or their salts or compounds, and to provide for the lawful disposition thereof, and the punishment for violation of any ordinance adopted pursuant to the power herein granted.
