LIMITATION OF CRIMINAL JURISDICTION
LIMITATION OF CRIMINAL JURISDICTION
SECTION 42(51). The power and authority granted by Section 42(41) can only be enforced or exercised by ordinance, unless otherwise expressly provided; and a majority of the council may pass any ordinance or resolution not repugnant to the constitution and laws of the United States or of the state of Idaho, necessary or convenient for carrying into effect any power or authority granted by this Act.
