REVENUE BONDS; WATER-SEWAGE-TREATMENT PLANTS-OFF-STREET PARKING

SECTION 42(49). To own, purchase, acquire, construct, reconstruct, better or extend, equip, operate and maintain, within or without, or partially within or partially without, or within any part of, the boundaries of Boise City, water systems, sewage collection systems, water treatment plants, sewage treatment plants, and off street parking facilities, or either or all of such systems or facilities, and for the purpose of paying the cost thereof, may, with the assent of two-thirds of the qualified electors voting at an election held for that purpose, issue Revenue Bonds of the city for the payment thereof; to prescribe and collect rates, fees, tolls, and charges for the services, facilities and commodities furnished by such systems or facilities; to provide methods for collection, and penalties, including denial of service, for nonpayment of such rates, fees, tolls or charges. In addition to the foregoing, and to exercise the powers and purposes herein provided, the Act cited as the "Revenue Bond Act", and all of the provisions thereof, without limitation, and as said Act may hereafter be amended from time to time, shall be applicable to and shall apply to Boise City, said "Revenue Bond Act" being an Act enacted by the Thirty-first Session of the Legislature of the state of Idaho as Senate Bill No. 5.
