PARKS
SECTION 42(36). To acquire by condemnation or otherwise, establish, operate, regulate, maintain and improve crematories, cemeteries, mausoleums, or other burial places, parks, public grounds and places, either within or without the city limits; to levy and collect special taxes therefor; to fix charges for crematory services, burial space and services, and perpetual care; to create, maintain, administer and invest perpetual care funds and use income therefrom for maintenance, care, operation and upkeep of burial facilities.
