8-3B-8: COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATIONS:
Every permit issued pursuant to this article shall be conditioned upon strict compliance with all laws, including, but not limited to, this article, the rules and regulations and lawful orders of the Boise Airport and, with respect to taxicabs, the provisions of title 3, chapter 13, article A of this Code. (1952 Code § 12-19-08)
