SPRINKLING-OILING
SPRINKLING-OILING
SECTION 42(34). To provide for the sprinkling, cleaning and oiling of all the streets in said city, and, to provide for the payment of the expense thereof, to levy a tax or special assessment upon the real property to be benefited thereby, which shall be a lien upon said property until paid.
