ELECTRIC WIRES-GAS AND SEWER PIPES
SECTION 42(32). To regulate the opening of street surfaces, the laying, construction, maintenance and removal of underground wires, pipes and other conduits, the building, excavation, and repairing of sewers, and the erection, construction, maintenance or removal of electric, gas and other wires, pipes, and structures and fixtures.
