8-3B-4: APPLICATION FOR PERMIT:
Application for said Boise Airport parking permit shall be made to the Airport Director upon forms provided by the Director. All applicants for a permit to operate a taxicab must provide proof of a valid City taxicab license issued under title 3, chapter 13, article A of this Code. The Airport Director must, within thirty (30) days of application, either grant or deny the requested permits. Appeal from a denial of a permit may be taken as provided in title 3, chapter 1, article A of this Code. (1952 Code § 12-19-04)
