PUBLIC LIGHTING
PUBLIC LIGHTING
SECTION 42(11). To provide for lighting the streets, parks, buildings, and other places of the city, and furnishing the city with gas, electric or other lights, or power, and for the erection, construction and maintenance of such works within or without the city limits as may be necessary or convenient therefor.
