AIRPORT, LIBRARY AND PARK BOARDS
AIRPORT, LIBRARY AND PARK BOARDS
SECTION 42(4). To create a board of library trustees, a board of park commissioners, and a board of airport commissioners, to be appointed by the mayor and confirmed by the council, to serve without compensation, the terms of office and duties of said boards to be provided by ordinance.
