SAME-SPECIAL LEVY
SAME-SPECIAL LEVY
SECTION 42(3). To levy and collect special taxes upon all property assessed by authority of Section 42(2) for parks, fire, police or street equipment, special improvement district payments, garbage disposal, trash disposal, fire and street department buildings, and for any specific object within the authority of this municipal corporation, including the payment of any existing debt, as is now or may hereafter be provided by this charter or general laws of the state of Idaho applicable to cities of the first class.
