CITY CLERK-APPOINTMENT
CITY CLERK-APPOINTMENT
SECTION 40. The mayor, with the advice and consent of the council, shall appoint a city clerk and ex-officio auditor, who shall hold said office at the pleasure of the mayor, except as herein otherwise provided.
