CODE COMPILATION

SECTION 37-B. Boise City is hereby empowered to revise, codify and compile, from time to time, and to publish in book or pamphlet form, all ordinances of the city of a general and permanent character and to make such changes, alterations, modifications, additions and substitutions therein as may be deemed best to the end that a complete simplified code of such ordinances then in force shall be presented, but with errors, inconsistencies, repetitions and ambiguities eliminated therefrom, as provided by chapter 5, title 49, Idaho Code Annotated.
