SAME-RULES AND REGULATIONS
SECTION 34. The council may adopt rules for the government of its members and its proceedings. It may punish its members for disorderly conduct, and with the concurrence of three-fourths of all the members, expel a member for continued neglect of his duties, or the wilful violation of any penal law, or any of the provisions of this Act.
