APPOINTIVE OFFICER MUST QUALIFY
APPOINTIVE OFFICER MUST QUALIFY
SECTION 30. An officer appointed to fill a vacancy must, within two days from the date of such appointment, qualify therefor, as in case of an officer elected, or he shall be deemed to have declined, and the office considered vacant.
