PUNISHMENT FOR VIOLATION
PUNISHMENT FOR VIOLATION
SECTION 27-A(3). Any person violating any of the provisions of Section 27-A(1), and 27-A(2) shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not exceeding $300.00, or be imprisoned in the city jail not exceeding 60 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
