2-5-4: CHAIRPERSON:
The Development Impact Fee Advisory Committee shall meet and appoint one of its members as Chairperson of the committee, who shall hold office as such Chairperson for such term as the committee shall so designate, and the committee may elect a Co-Chairperson who shall act as Chairperson in the absence of the Chairperson of the committee. (1952 Code § 2-07-04)
