ELECTORS-QUALIFICATIONS
ELECTORS-QUALIFICATIONS
SECTION 17. No person is qualified to vote at an election under this charter who has not been a resident of Boise City for 30 days, of the precinct in which he offers to vote for 10 days next preceding such election, and who does not possess the qualifications of a legal voter in the state, and who is not registered as in this charter provided, or who has within one year preceding such election been convicted of being an inmate of a house of ill fame.
