8-3B-1: PURPOSE:

The purpose of this article is to provide for the regulation of commercial ground transportation service at the Boise Airport, to ensure a high quality of service, and to establish fees and charges for commercial vehicles using the Boise Airport. (1952 Code § 12-19-02)
