REMOVAL-PROCEDURE ON
SECTION 13. Any officer appointed by the mayor may be removed by him at any time. Any officer or employee appointed by the mayor may also be removed by a three-fourths vote of all members of the council. No removal from office or employment shall be made on account of the political or religious beliefs of the incumbent thereof, but no officer or employee in the service of Boise City under the provisions of a civil service ordinance shall be removed except as therein provided.
