QUALIFICATIONS FOR OFFICE

SECTION 10. No person is eligible to any elective office in the municipal corporation who, at the time of his election, is not a resident and qualified voter of the city and entitled to the privileges of an elector according to the constitution and laws of the state of Idaho, and who has not resided in Boise City for two years next preceding his election, or who has not resided in Boise City for the six (6) months next preceding his election and was a resident of Boise City for five years in the ten years next preceding December 7, 1941.
