TREASURER-TERM OF OFFICE
TREASURER-TERM OF OFFICE
SECTION 9. The mayor, with the advice and consent of the council, shall appoint a city treasurer, who shall be an officer of this municipal corporation, and shall hold said office at the pleasure of the mayor, excepting as herein otherwise provided.
