INFORMALITIES; APPLICATION OF GENERAL ELECTION LAWS
SECTION 6-A(26). Any informalities in conducting municipal elections shall not invalidate the same if they have been conducted fairly and without fraud and in substantial conformity to the requirements hereof.
The manner, method and form of registrations for elections and the holding of elections in Boise City, as provided for herein, shall be conducted as provided by the general election laws of the state for the state and county registrations and elections, with the necessary changes and substitutions as required by this charter.
