ACCEPTANCE OF NOMINATION
ACCEPTANCE OF NOMINATION
SECTION 6-A(11). Any person nominated as herein provided shall file his acceptance with the clerk not later than the 25th day before the day of election, and in the absence of such acceptance, the name of the candidate shall not appear on the ballot. Such acceptance shall be substantially in the following form:
