PETITIONS-FILING BY CLERK
SECTION 6-A(9). If the original or amended nominating petition be found to comply with the provisions of this charter, as hereinbefore provided, the clerk shall file the same not later than the 30th day before the date of election. When a nominating petition shall have been filed by the clerk, it shall not be withdrawn nor added to.
