PETITIONS-SIGNERS

PETITIONS-SIGNERS

SECTION 6-A(4). Each petition must be a separate paper. All petitions must be of a uniform size, the size to be determined by the city clerk. Each signor of a petition must be a qualified elector of Boise City, registered as such, must not at the time of signing the petition have his name signed to any other petition for any other candidate for the same office, or, in case there are several places to be filled in the office, signed to more petitions for candidates for that office than there are places to be filled in such office. In case an elector has signed two or more conflicting petitions, his signature shall not be counted on any of said petitions.
