NOMINATING PETITION
NOMINATING PETITION
SECTION 6-A(2). The nominating petition shall contain the name of the person nominated, his residence, and the office for which he is nominated, and shall be signed by not less than 25 qualified electors of Boise City, registered as such, which petition shall be in the following form:
NOMINATING PETITION
We, the undersigned, qualified electors of Boise City, registered as such, hereby nominate whose residence is for the office of , to be voted for at the election to be held in Boise City on the day of , 19 , and we individually certify that we are registered and qualified to vote for a candidate for the office named, and that we have not signed more petitions than there are places to be filled for said office.

I do solemnly swear that I am a qualified elector of Boise City, and registered as such; that each of the persons whose name is affixed to the above petition signed the same personally, together with his post office address and precinct where registered.
