MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY-WHERE VESTED
SECTION 5. The power and authority granted to the municipal corporation of Boise City under this Act is vested in a mayor and common council, and in the departments and officers authorized by this Act and by said mayor and common council and their successors in office, to be exercised in the manner hereinafter prescribed.
