BOUNDARIES
SECTION 2. The corporate boundaries of Boise City except as the same may be changed or altered in the manner provided by this charter, are hereby defined as follows:
(Editor's Note: The latest legislative description of the corporate boundaries of Boise City, appears in chapter 41, 1949 Session Laws. The boundaries therein described are now obsolete by reason of annexation of territory by ordinance under the provisions of section 4-A of this charter.
For the reason above stated, the boundaries are not described herein. To ascertain the boundaries of Boise City, reference must be made both to chapter 41, 1949 Session Laws and to the various annexation ordinances of Boise City.)
