2-5-2: CLERK OR SECRETARY:
The Development Impact Fee Advisory Committee shall have authority to designate a Clerk, who may be an officer or employee of the City, and who shall act as such Clerk or Secretary to the committee, without extra compensation, and shall keep an accurate record of all proceedings of said committee, and shall file, when ordered by the committee, with the Council, a report of all transactions of the Development Impact Fee Advisory Committee. (1952 Code § 2-07-02)
