7-3A-3: PENALTY:

The violation of any term or provision of this article shall be an infraction, and upon conviction shall be punishable by civil infraction penalty as established by the Boise City Council and listed on the most current City Clerk fee schedule. (Ord. 24-25, 6-24-2025)
