6-16-4: PENALTY:
The violation of any term or provision of this chapter shall be an infraction and subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-2 of this Code, excluding court costs and fees. There is no right to a trial by jury of a citation or complaint for an infraction and such trials shall be held before the court without a jury.
